Rules & Regulations
1. Booking of Sports Complex:
1.1. All bookings for sports grounds within the BMC Sports Complex must be made through the official online platform designated for this purpose.
1.2. Bookings can be made by individuals, sports clubs, schools, and other organizations interested in using the facilities.
1.3. Bookings should be made in advance, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.4. The booking process may involve payment of a fee, which will be determined based on factors such as the duration of use and the type of sports facility required.
1.5. Fees, once paid, are non-transferable and non-refundable for individual facility bookings.
2. Usage Guidelines:
2.1. Visitors must adhere to the scheduled booking times. Overlapping or unauthorized use of the sports facility is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Visitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the sports complex during and after use. Littering is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Damaging or defacing the sports complex or any equipment is prohibited. Visitors will be held responsible for any damage caused.
2.4. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the Sports Complex premises.
2.5. Pets are not allowed within the sports complex.
2.6. Visitors must wear appropriate sports attire and footwear while using the facilities.
3. Safety Regulations:
3.1. Participants and spectators must follow all safety rules and guidelines posted within the BMC Sports Complex.
3.2. First aid facilities are available, and any injuries should be reported to the management immediately.
3.3. In case of adverse weather conditions, visitors should follow the instructions of the management for safety reasons.
4. Code of Conduct:
4.1. Respect for other visitors and sportsmanship is expected at all times. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, including verbal or physical abuse, will not be tolerated.
4.2. Any disputes among users must be reported to the management for resolution.
5. Security Measures:
5.1. The BMC Sports Complex is equipped with surveillance cameras to ensure the safety and security of all people using the facility.
5.2. Visitors must cooperate with security personnel and adhere to security protocols when required.
6. Enforcement and Penalties:
6.1. Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in suspension or cancellation of booking privileges.
6.2. Additionally, serious violations of any policies implemented by the management may lead to legal action.
7. Amendments and Updates:
7.1. These rules and regulations may be amended or updated by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation as necessary. Users will be notified of any changes.
8. Membership slot booking rules
8.1 Members can book slots for the following month starting from the last 5th day of the current month.
8.2 The booking window will be open from 8 am on the 5th last until 11:59 pm on the last day of the month.
8.3 Members and Non-members will be allowed to book any available slots (including privilege slots but without discount) from 1st day of the next month.
8.4 In case of a tournament booking, members will be notified via email.
8.5 Tournament slot booking for the month can be done offline before 24th day of the current. The slots booked for tournament will not be made available for booking by members or non - members.
8.6 Members will receive discounts for slots booked during member privilege hours.
8.7 No discounts will be applicable for slots booked outside of member privilege hours.
8.8 Non members will be able to book slots 30 days in advance.
