Rules & Regulations

1. Booking of Sports Complex:

1.1. It is strictly prohibited to use courts and tables without paying the applicable fees and obtaining a reservation receipt.

1.2. If a guest member is accompanying a regular member for play, prior intimation must be given at the time of reservation to the facility assistant, and the appropriate receipt must be obtained. Failing this, the court reservation will be cancelled.

1.3. Members must use the facilities only during their allocated time slot. Playing beyond the allotted time is not allowed.

1.4. A member is allowed to reserve only one court per day. A second court can be reserved only if it is available and will be allotted on a current booking basis.

1.5. If a member does not reserve the court within the scheduled time, the court may be allotted to guest members.

1.6. If the open ground is reserved for any program, jogging facilities will be suspended on the day of the event. On the day prior, only the available space may be used. Jogging hours will be from 6:00 AM to 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. On Sundays and public holidays, jogging will be allowed only in the morning session. Jogging will be completely closed on May 1st, January 26th, Holi (Rang Panchami), August 15th, and weekly holidays (Saturday/Sunday).

2. Usage Guidelines:

2.1. The following rules and conditions apply to members using the sports facilities.

2.2. After accepting the membership, it is mandatory to submit 3 passport-sized photos and a copy of the Aadhaar card along with the receipt at the Sports Department counter. Counter hours are from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

2.3. Concessions are applicable only for school/college students up to the age of 12.

2.4. Annual membership is provided for Badminton, Table Tennis, and Squash facilities. For the Gymnasium, monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships are available.

2.5. Members must renew their membership before it expires. If not renewed on time, a new membership will be required.

2.6. Member cooperation is expected in maintaining the cleanliness of the sports complex.

2.7. Carrying or consuming food within the sports facility premises is strictly prohibited.

2.8. A medical certificate must be submitted separately as and when required.

3. Safety Regulations:

3.1. Members must use sports facilities at their own risk. The management will not be responsible for any accidents.

3.2. It is strictly prohibited to exercise on roads, walk pets, provide driving lessons, or loiter without reason within the premises of the sports complex.

4. Code of Conduct:

4.1. Members must present their ID card to the security guard at the entrance and to the facility assistant after court reservation when asked.

4.2. If a guest accompanies a member, a separate fee must be paid.

4.3. Carrying the ID card daily is mandatory.

4.4. The receipt number on the ID card must be recorded in the security guard’s register.

4.5. Proper sportswear is mandatory while playing.

5. Security Measures:

5.1. Lockers are available for members, and they may be used only after payment of the applicable fee.

5.2. Members are advised not to bring valuables with them. The institution will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.

5.3. Photography or videography of any kind is strictly prohibited within the sports department premises.

6. Enforcement and Penalties:

6.1. Smoking, chewing tobacco, and spitting within the sports department premises are strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will attract penalties, and membership may be cancelled.

6.2. Once membership is taken, the membership fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Additionally, the facility originally opted for cannot be exchanged with another.

6.3. In case of any dispute, the administration reserves the right to cancel the membership.

6.4. Misconduct of any kind—such as unauthorized use of tables/courts, interfering in other members’ play, use of any facility without permission, damaging the property of the complex, violating any rules of the complex, or exhibiting behavior harmful to other departments—will result in membership cancellation or legal action as deemed fit by the administration.

6.5. MSEB supply many time goes off, interrubted no fees refund and no adjustment given.

7. Grievance and Reporting:

7.1. Suggestions and complaints must be submitted in writing to the Assistant Manager (Sports and Hostel). If unresolved or unsatisfactory, the member may approach the Facility Officer or Chief Administrative Officer.
